A Retrospective of WITSIDE's Contributions in 2023
At WITSIDE, we believe that true success lies not just in our achievements but in the positive impact we create. Over the past year, we have dedicated ourselves to making a difference through various non-profit organisations. Through our heartfelt donations, we have sought to uplift communities, support those in need, and inspire a ripple effect of kindness. Each contribution has been carefully chosen to align with our mission and principles, ensuring that our efforts leave a lasting imprint on society.
One of the initiatives that stand out is our donation of camping materials to the victims of an earthquake in Turkey, facilitated by our partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). By providing essential supplies, we aimed to assist those affected by the disaster in rebuilding their lives and finding solace amidst the challenges they faced. Additionally, our collaboration with SOS Children's Villages International allowed us to donate goods that supported children who are receiving hospitality, creating a nurturing environment where they could thrive. By investing in the well-being and development of these young individuals, we hope to contribute to a brighter future for them and their communities.
Furthermore, we made a significant financial contribution to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to support the provision of medical supplies. Through this donation, we aimed to ensure that underserved areas had access to vital healthcare resources, making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Lastly, our donation to PRAKSIS in Greece enabled us to provide support for economic migrants and refugees, offering resources and opportunities for a better life. By extending a helping hand to those seeking refuge, we strive to restore hope and dignity to their lives.
